GREENSPOON MARDER JUMPS 11 SPOTS IN THE 2017 AM LAW 200 RANKINGS

The Firm Achieved Double-Digit Growth in Gross Revenue in 2016

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – May 24, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder today announces that the firm has been ranked for the third year in a row in The American Lawyer’s “2017 Am Law 200” – an annual list of the nation’s highest grossing law firms.

Greenspoon Marder moved up 11 spots from last year’s rankings to 176 and previously jumped 11 spots in 2016. One of only seven firms to see a double digit increase in gross revenue, Greenspoon Marder’s gross revenue rose by 17.2% to $122.5 million and PPP grew 10% to $595,000.

The 2017 Am Law 200 report highlighted Greenspoon as a “differentiation dynamo”. Greenspoon Marder has strong roots in the real estate industry including all the related practices such as real estate, timeshare and resort development, financial services, land use and litigation. In 2016, with an enhanced national platform, the firm continued to add additional practices such as intellectual property, healthcare, and cannabis among several others. Being a full service national law firm, many of our matters traverse practice area lines. Growth and demand has continued across all of our practice areas which has collectively contributed to increased revenue overall. The firm added 59 lawyers and opened offices in five new cities in 2016 and has continued to expand its geographic footprint and attorney headcount into 2017.
