With one set of federal statutes and code sections and 50 sets of state statutes and code sections, solving issues around the sale and service of alcoholic beverage can be complex. The Hospitality, Alcohol & Leisure Industry Group at Greenspoon Marder LLP is staffed with attorneys and practitioners who are experienced in the field. The Group, chaired by Louis J.
