Greenspoon Marder was named among South Florida Business Journal’s “Top 100 Private Companies”. The list was compiled by the South Florida Business Journal and ranked by 2012 revenue, then published in the July 19, 2013 print edition. The publication also included charts on the largest private employers, the biggest revenue increases and the biggest drops in revenue with more than 750 companies queried for information and more than 240 surveyed over a 12-week period.
Additionally, this is the second consecutive year that Greenspoon Marder has made South Florida Business Journal’s Top 100 Private Companies. In 2012, the firm ranked 52 on the list, of which only 9 were law firms. Greenspoon Marder also ranked eighth on the South Florida Business Journal’s 2013 Book of Lists of the 50 largest law firms in South Florida. Rankings were based on the total number of attorneys practicing in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
“It is a tremendous honor to receive this recognition from the South Florida Business Journal.” said Co-Founding Shareholder, Gerald Greenspoon. “We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality legal services and are dedicated to continually grow our firm with highly experienced and talented attorneys and business staff.”
Greenspoon Marder was founded in 1981 and has experienced steady growth over the last 32 years. Even during the recent economic recession, the firm was able to successfully acquire the former law firm Ruden McClosky. “The successful relationships and experiences we’ve built are a result of effective legal counsel and representation.” added Co-Founding Shareholder, Michael Marder.
