Ms. Urias is experienced in providing business and intellectual property litigation, including trademark, domain name disputes, patent, and copyright litigation. She has extensive experience in commercial litigation defending clients before state and federal courts throughout the country. Ms. Urias has covered a broad range of industries and litigated a wide range of legal issues. She also serves as the moderator for the firm’s You, Me & IP webinar series.
