New York, NY – August 6, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder of counsel Harlan Greenman will be a featured speaker at the New York City Bar Program: “The Basics of Representing a Commercial Mortgage Borrower” on August 6th. The program will provide attorneys with the basic knowledge and skills to represent a client who is the borrower in a commercial loan transaction. The topics discussed will include borrower’s organization documents, special purpose entities, title reports, title policies and endorsements, among others.
