The 2022 Offshore Wealth Summit’s 12th annual event is taking place in Panama City, Panama, from October 19-21. Mr. Linder will be a featured speaker in numerous panels, including “Plan B – How to Survive Your Age,” “Workshop II – Structures,” and “Workshop III – Estate Planning, Probate, and Wills.” In addition, Mr. Linder will be the sole presenter for both panels “Protecting and Preserving Your Assets – What Structures May be Right for You,” and “International Family Trusts – A Global Perspective on Current Affairs.”
Carl H. Linder is a partner and Co-Chair of the International Wealth and Asset Planning Group at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Linder has advised individual, family office and business clients regarding global and domestic estate and gift taxes, corporate taxes, international taxes and state and local taxes. Mr. Linder works closely with financial institutions and other service providers in but not limited to New Zealand, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Andorra, Bahamas, Nevis, Cayman Islands, St. Lucia, and Anguilla. Additionally, Mr. Linder focuses on international trust planning primarily in the jurisdictions of the Cook Islands and Belize.
