Mr. Birnbaum’s presentation titled “Getting the Pixel Safely- Social Media, Credit Data, and High Conversion Terms for the Debt Resolution Industry” will focus on the growing trends and regulated areas of the debt resolution industry’s contact center while discussing how to tread carefully around consumer privacy laws and state requirements.
