Boca Raton, Fla. – October 16, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder partner Robby H. Birnbaum will participate in the American Association for Debt Resolution (AADR) 2023 Fall Conference as a keynote speaker later this month on Oct. 24 at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, Calif. Mr. Birnbaum’s presentation titled “Getting the Pixel Safely- Social Media, Credit Data, and High Conversion Terms for the Debt Resolution Industry” will focus on the growing trends and regulated areas of the debt resolution industry’s contact center while discussing how to tread carefully around consumer privacy laws and state requirements.

Mr. Birnbaum is a partner and Practice Group Leader of the Regulatory Compliance and Financial Services practice groups at the firm, with his practice focusing on regulatory compliance and the lawful operation of debt settlement companies. He has extensive experience representing all types and sizes of settlement businesses in front of state attorneys general, state banking and credit regulators, and federal agencies. Mr. Birnbaum currently serves as the elected Vice Chairman of the AADR and regularly presents to the membership on compliance and best practices.
