Phoenix, AZ, June 28, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner Sharon Urias will be a speaker at the Arizona State Bar Convention on June 28th in Phoenix. Ms. Urias will co-chair and speak on the “Ins & Outs of Fee Agreements” and the “You Be The Fee Arbitrator” panels. The “Ins & Outs of Fee Agreements” panel will provide practical advice and is intended to assist attorneys in avoiding inadvertent or intentional mistakes that could create ethical issues and bar them from being paid their fees. The ““You Be The Fee Arbitrator” interactive panel will provide participants the opportunity to see fee disputes from the other side of the table. Ms. Urias is a member of the Fee Arbitration Program of the Arizona State Bar Association.
