Miami – August 1, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder announces Real Estate partner Will Prince received and subsequently accepted an invitation to join the Urban Land Institute (ULI)’s Southeast Florida/Caribbean Advisory Board. Mr. Prince will be serving a two-year term that began now in July 2024 and concludes in June 2026. According to ULI, its board is composed of “leading real estate and land use professionals who volunteer their time to build a strong presence” for the organization throughout the region.
Founded in 1936, ULI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by over 45,000 members worldwide. These members represent the full spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working across private enterprises and public services. ULI serves as a multidisciplinary real estate forum, facilitating an open exchange of ideas, information, and experience among industry leaders and policymakers dedicated to creating vibrant communities.
Mr. Prince is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and financing including leasing, commercial lending, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate development. As part of his practice, he routinely negotiates and drafts leases, purchase and sale agreements and general corporate documentation on behalf of his clients in connection with office, retail, industrial, warehouse, and mixed-use facilities.
