She is a seasoned commercial litigator and trial attorney whose practice includes a wide variety of business cases including complex real estate and land use litigation, commercial disputes, fraud-based litigation, class action defense, estate and probate law litigation and marketing, privacy and compliance matters throughout the nation.

Mr. Grant is a member of the Real Estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association documentation, commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, loans, and construction contracts. He is Board Certified in Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law by the Florida Bar.
