Barry E. Somerstein is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate and Banking practice groups. He concentrates his practice in the area of real estate transactional law, finance, leasing, general corporate sports law and land use. Mr. Somerstein has represented many clients in the negotiation, structuring and documenting of real estate asset transactions, primarily, in connection with shopping centers, hotels and office buildings. Additionally, he works with developer clients in connection with the acquisition, permitting, land use planning, finance and development of large tracts of real estate. His extensive background has enabled him to assist numerous clients in taking a raw piece of real estate and developing it into a finished product.
Mark K. Somerstein is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate and Banking practice groups. His areas of practice include real estate acquisition and development, banking and finance, and business law. During the course of his career, he has handled complex acquisitions, negotiations of contracts with contractors and architects, leasing and sales of shopping centers throughout the United States and all phases of lending work, including asset based lending. Mr. Somerstein’s clients include financial institutions, real estate developers, businesses and automobile dealers.
Alan Somerstein is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate and Banking practice groups. His real estate practice includes commercial and residential real estate transactional matters, including acquisition, finance, leasing and development. He has handled a wide variety of complex transactions representing individuals, developers and business owners.
