Mr. Greenspoon is known for his close collaboration with major developers and investors on some of the largest projects in Florida and across the country.
Ms. Bratter serves as the deputy managing partner at Greenspoon Marder, running the day-to-day operations of the firm while collaborating closely with co-founders Gerald Greenspoon and Michael Marder and department leaders to strategize growth and efficiencies. She continuously works to secure top-tier talent, grow existing offices, and enhance client offerings. She also works closely with attorneys at the firm to help grow their practice and collaborates with the Attorney Development Program to provide training and networking opportunities within the firm, further enhancing the professional development and success of Greenspoon Marder.
Mr. Terminello is the chair of the Hospitality, Alcohol and Leisure Industry Group, and serves as the Managing Partner of the Miami office at Greenspoon Marder. With over 40 years of industry experience, he concentrates his practice on administrative law and providing legal services to all tiers of the alcohol beverage industry, including retailers, suppliers and wholesalers. He handles a wide array of transactional, civil, criminal, and administrative matters for hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and package stores throughout Florida.
