Mr. Kaplan is a member of the International Wealth & Asset Planning practice group, where he focuses his practice on estate planning, asset protection and taxation. Mr. Kaplan brings with him more than two decades of extensive knowledge and experience with comprehensive estate planning, domestic-based asset protection as well as offshore asset protection. In addition, Mr. Kaplan periodically authors entries to the firm’s International Wealth & Asset Planning blog and has written extensively on the areas of estate planning, asset protection and integrated estate planning for numerous publications such as Estate Planning (Thomson Reuters), Insights and Strategies, Journal of Practical Estate Planning, Journal of Financial Planning, and Journal of International Taxation.
