Greenspoon Marder Promotes Three Attorneys to Senior Counsel in 2023

Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. – March 21, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce the promotion of three attorneys to senior counsel from various offices firm wide. The class recognized for their professional achievements and excellent client services include Natalie M. Restivo, Andrew Bechel, and Patrick J. Hennessey.

Ms. Restivo is a member of the Franchise Law practice group and is based in the firm’s Boca Raton office. She focuses her practice on franchise law advising emerging and established franchise brands. Ms. Restivo has extensive experience with providing general counsel services to franchisors including drafting and reviewing Franchise Disclosure Documents and Franchise Agreements.

Mr. Bechel is a member of the International Wealth & Asset Planning practice group and is based in the firm’s Denver office. Mr. Bechel focuses his practice on estate planning matters, including integrated estate planning, offshore planning, transactional matters and business and tax planning. He regularly contributes to the firm’s International Wealth & Asset Planning blog and has been published in various estate planning publications.

Mr. Hennessey is a member of the Litigation practice group and is based in the firm’s Orlando office, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial litigation and Real Estate Litigation whose practice includes a wide variety of business and real estate cases, representing the interests of governmental agencies, lenders, real estate developers, property and community association managers, start-ups, construction contractors and businesses, among other clients.
