Greenspoon Marder Real Estate Partners Negotiate Long-Term Lease In Largest Washington, D.C. Office Relocation Of 2020

NEW YORK, NY – June 24, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder real estate partners Robert Reichman and Jonathan Weiss represented Wiley Rein LLP, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest law firms, in connection with the negotiation of its new headquarters lease. The 166,000-square-foot lease is located at Tishman Speyer’s new trophy office property at 2050 M St. in Washington, D.C. where Wiley Rein will occupy five floors of the 11-story building. This long-term lease transaction has been recognized as the largest office relocation in Washington, D.C. this year.

Partners Robert Reichman and Jonathan Weiss are co-chairs of Greenspoon Marder’s Corporate Real Estate group, based in the firm’s New York City office.  Mr. Reichman and Mr. Weiss focus in representing global companies in leasing, subleasing, development, acquisition and disposition of office space throughout the U.S. and internationally.  Among their clients, they act as ongoing general real estate counsel to companies in numerous market sectors, including financial services, media, marketing, insurance and law.
