The 166,000-square-foot lease is located at Tishman Speyer’s new trophy office property at 2050 M St. in Washington, D.C. where Wiley Rein will occupy five floors of the 11-story building. This long-term lease transaction has been recognized as the largest office relocation in Washington, D.C. this year.
