Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 3, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation USA as a “Recommended Firm” in Florida. Now in its 11th year, the rating guide bases its selections on months of research, extensive interviews with litigators and their clients, and a review of casework.

Additionally, shareholders Richard Epstein, Beth-Ann Krimsky, and Murray Silverstein have been selected as Florida “Litigation Stars” based on an extensive six-month research period where Benchmark Litigation researchers conduct in depth interviews with litigators and their clients to identify leading litigators and firms. Mr. Silverstein, board certified in business litigation and civil trial by the Florida Bar, is experienced in complex commercial, business, and real estate litigation, as well as appeals, throughout the federal and state courts of Florida. He also represents lenders, servicers and financial service providers in defense of state and federal class actions.
