Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – February 2, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder celebrates recognition in four distinguished categories of the Florida Legal Awards 2024 by the Daily Business Review (DBR). Partner Beth-Ann E. Krimsky stands among the Attorney of the Year Finalists, as associate Evan S. Glasser earns recognition as an Unsung Heroes Honoree and associate Amanda N. Phillips is acknowledged as an ‘On the Rise’ (Small/Midsize Firm) Honoree. Additionally, the firm secured a place among the Diversity & Inclusion (Firm) Finalists.

Ms. Krimsky, head of the firm’s national Litigation practice group, is a seasoned commercial litigator and trial attorney whose practice includes a wide variety of business cases including complex real estate and land use litigation, commercial disputes, fraud-based litigation, class action defense, estate and probate law litigation and marketing, privacy and compliance matters throughout the nation. Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Krimsky actively volunteers and serves in many community leadership roles including the Boards of the Memorial and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundations, where she is set to become Chairperson this coming year.
Mr. Glasser, a member of the firm’s Wills, Trust & Estates practice group, concentrates his practice on counseling and advising clients on a variety of domestic estate planning and administration needs and providing representation in probate, guardianship, trust modification, and related matters. Additionally, over the past several years Mr. Glasser has led the firm’s highly successful Summer Associate Program and has been instrumental with the pro bono efforts involving the firm’s “Project New Leaf” initiative.
Ms. Phillips, a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, focuses on assisting in the representation of a variety of clients in commercial real estate transactions, including retail, mixed-use, and self-storage. Ms. Phillips’ experience includes working on numerous multi-million-dollar real estate transactions involving counseling developers and lenders on both commercial and residential properties.
