Greenspoon Marder Represents Client Doré in Launch of Made In France Skincare Line

New York, N.Y. – May 31, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to have represented client Doré in the launch of their new French inspired beauty brand. Senior counsel Eric Breitman led the Greenspoon Marder team with the support from intellectual property attorneys Sharon Urias, Justin McNaughton, and Daniel Nageotte and regulatory attorneys Robby Birnbaum and Franklin Homer. The team served as legal counsel to founders Garance Doré and Emily Yeston, and assisted with the brand’s trademarks, product packaging and product claims, as well as Doré’s day-to-day business activities.

Doré is a line of simple, clean and effective products, all Made-in-France. All products are simple and effective without harsh, sensitizing ingredients, allowing for a gentle repair and hydration of the skin while minimizing steps in your skincare routine. Doré is certified plastic neutral through their partnership with rePurpose Global. All products are fragrance free and suitable for sensitive skin. They have been formulated without over 1,600 questionable ingredients, including no parabens, silicones and sulfates.

Doré products are available for purchase at WeAreDore.com and ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping will be available soon thereafter. The brand is partnering with Boox Box, a reusable e-commerce shipping option, to help decrease their environmental footprint.
