Greenspoon Marder Partners Manuel L. Crespo, and John Gelety, and Associate Frank Whitaker, provided real estate and corporate counsel to the purchaser and served as closing and title agents. The sale price of the transaction was $5,050,000.00 with institutional financing in the amount of $4,000,000.00. The seller of the multi-million facility was Antela Holdings, Inc.
