Greenspoon Marder Represents Client In Purchase of Multi-Million Industrial Warehouse Facility in Miami

MIAMI, FL – January 17, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder represented GFTF, LLC in the purchase of an 87,100 square foot sale industrial warehouse facility located at 7400 NW 37th Avenue, Hialeah, FL. Greenspoon Marder Partners Manuel L. Crespo, and John Gelety, and Associate Frank Whitaker, provided real estate and corporate counsel to the purchaser and served as closing and title agents. The sale price of the transaction was $5,050,000.00 with institutional financing in the amount of $4,000,000.00. The seller of the multi-million facility was Antela Holdings, Inc.
