Orlando, Fla. – December 2, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder partner David Lenox represented KC and Monica Craichy in the multi-million dollar sale of their 12.9-acre estate fronting Lake Mabel in Windermere, Florida. At a price of $12.5 million dollars, the transaction represented the most expensive residential sale in Orange County history. Comprising 16,000 square feet, the estate contains ten bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and an expansive pool. The Craichys are the founders of “Living Fuel” nutritional supplement, and Mrs. Craichy is a former Miss Florida. Mr. Lenox worked closely with seller agent Karan Wienker of Florida Golf and Beaches Realty and buyer agent Patricia France of Happy Days Realty to finalize the transaction.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Lenox’s practice spans both commercial and residential real estate transaction law as well as litigation involving real estate matters, condominium development and complex commercial litigation. He has represented British, South American and Israeli investment groups in the evaluation, acquisition and sale of real estate assets in the state of Florida including properties as diverse as resort condominiums to businesses. Mr. Lenox is intimately involved in the strengthening and development of business ties between Florida and the United Kingdom through his activities as a board member and officer of the British American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lenox has also served as lender’s counsel for a number of prominent lending institutions in Florida on multi-million dollar transactions.
