Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 9, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that senior counsel Elizabeth Somerstein Adler has recently earned her professional credential as a LEED AP with a Building Design and Construction specialty (LEED AP BD+C). A LEED AP BD+C is an advanced professional credential obtained by only those professionals with significant expertise in the design and construction phases of green buildings, serving the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors. LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement.

Elizabeth Somerstein Adler is senior counsel in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder. She concentrates her practice on civil litigation, including, but not limited to, commercial, construction, zoning, environmental, and land use.
