Elizabeth Somerstein Adler is senior counsel in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. She concentrates her practice on civil litigation, including, but not limited to, commercial, construction, zoning, environmental, and land use. Ms. Adler is credentialed by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED AP BD+C, which is an advanced professional credential obtained by only those professionals with significant expertise in the design and construction phases of green buildings, serving the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors.
