Finalists and honorees were selected from hundreds of submissions by both Law.com and the New Jersey Law Journal’s editors and reporters. Winners for this category will be announced at an awards dinner taking place next month at the Park Château Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick, N.J. on October 29.

The Cannabis Law practice group at Greenspoon Marder handles many matters affecting cannabis and hemp-sector clients, including state-level license applications, M&A, real estate, litigation, tax, and regulatory and compliance issues. The department is co-chaired by Chicago-based partner Irina Dashevsky, who specializes in state-level licensing, regulatory, and cannabis M&A deals across the country, matters.
