Michael Marder Selected As A “Lawyer of the Year” By Best Lawyers® For 2020

Orlando, FL – August 16, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder’s Co-Managing Director, Michael E. Marder, has been selected as a “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers® for 2020.  Mr. Marder was recognized for his work in land use and zoning litigation. In addition to his “Lawyer of the Year” selection, he was also selected amongst The Best Lawyers in America© 2020 for his work in land use and zoning litigation, real estate litigation and real estate law.

Since founding the firm in 1981 with partner Gerald Greenspoon, Mr. Marder has focused his practice on commercial litigation, hospitality and vacation ownership, and business transactional law, working not only to create a firm that handles vacation ownership  law, but helping to shape the industry in the process.
