Colorado! Joining Oregon to lead the way in reversing the war on drugs! It appears that Proposition 122 will pass and legalize personal use and clinics for medicinal use of psilocybin, ibogaine, mescaline, and DMT for adults. But first – let us learn from the lessons of the past. The war on drugs is still raging at the IRS and new psilocybin clinics will have to navigate IRC Section 280E just like cannabis companies. The tax “penalty” is severe and was tailored to remove the profit from the illegal (federally) sale of controlled substances.
