Ms. Benchlouch has a particular affinity for innovative technology, fintech, entertainment and media law, and digital asset transactions. With a profound understanding of corporate transactions, Ms. Benchlouch’s expertise spans venture capital, private equity, technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

Ms. Benchlouch’s legal profession is marked by a series of significant contributions and accomplishments through legal internship roles throughout her law school tenure, including with Greenspoon Marder’s Innovation and Technology practice group, GLOZAL Inc., and LAA Sports & Entertainment.

During her time with LAA Sports & Entertainment, Ms. Benchlouch managed influencer agreements, alongside various significant contracts integral to the world of entertainment and media. Her experience with advising on licensing deals for name, image, and likeness in the digital realm, coupled with her counsel on joint ventures, underscores her deep understanding of the modern digital landscape. At GLOZAL Inc., Ms. Benchlouch handled a range of commercial contracts and business affairs, from NFT distribution agreements to intricate licensing arrangements involving intellectual property rights and obligations.

Ms. Benchlouch earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, concentrating in the Business of Innovation, Law, and Technology. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Florida International University.
