Overview

Kenji Alexander is an associate in the Corporate practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Alexander has experience representing private equity buyers and sellers, as well as large corporate clients, in a wide array of domestic and cross-border M&A and restructuring transactions, drafting purchase agreements and transaction documents tailored to client preferences, conducting rigorous diligence efforts, and coordinating with local counsel to ensure comprehensive review processes.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Alexander played a pivotal role in complex deals at his previous firm, including a unique two-merger-agreement transaction for a high-profile biopharmaceutical company and a highly bespoke purchase agreement for a complex real estate transaction between insurance companies. Outside the corporate law sphere, Mr. Alexander dedicates time to social justice efforts through his work with the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund, where he represented transgender and non-binary clients during name change proceedings.

Mr. Alexander earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and prior to that, he graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies.
