Ram Shastri is an associate in the Trusts & Estates practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He advises domestic and international high-net-worth individuals and families in the implementation of tax-efficient estate plans, the implementation of asset protection strategies, and charitable planning. Additionally, he assists individuals and families through the probate process and provides counsel to them regarding trust administration matters. Mr. Shastri advises domestic and international individuals and business entities on income tax matters related to various transactions. He also advises individuals and business entities on their U.S. tax reporting and compliance obligations, as well as the preparation of certain U.S. tax reporting and compliance forms. In addition, Mr. Shastri assists individuals and business entities in tax controversy matters.
