Denver, CO – June 21, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder attorneys Edward D. Brown and Jacqueline Fox were featured speakers at the Celesq “2018 Critical Tax and Planning Updates for Asset Protection, Estate Planning and Taxation Lawyers” Webinar on June 20^th.

Mr. Brown and Ms. Fox discussed the latest legal and regulatory developments that have impacted the entire asset protection landscape. Topics included the impact of changing trends, case law and banking procedures, which portend the future treatment of asset protection trusts by the U.S. court system, 2018 changes in tax laws, and tax and filing requirements.

Mr. Brown is a partner and Co-Chair of the International Wealth and Asset Planning Group. He focuses his practice on trust designs that are customized to the clients’ goals of protection of assets for their family and having added flexibility in their comprehensive estate plans that allow maximizing options with regard to changing circumstances and evolving laws.

Ms. Fox is an associate with the International Wealth and Asset Planning practice group. She focuses her practice primarily on tax-oriented estate planning, international tax matters, multi-generational wealth transfer and family business succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
