The firm welcomes partners Brian Zavislak in Phoenix, Jessica Wasserman in Washington, D.C., and Jonathan Weiss and Robert Reichman in New York, senior counsel Kristin Jordan in New York and Michael E. Ross in Los Angeles, associate Lizbeth Leathers in Portland, and associate Graham O’Donnell in Boca Raton.

Mr. Zavislak is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at the firm. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions (including acquisition, development and disposition of commercial properties); commercial finance transactions secured by real property, and office, industrial, multifamily and retail leasing.
Ms. Wasserman is a partner in the Government Relations and Cannabis Law practice groups at Greenspoon Marder LLP. She has extensive experience in politics, lobbying, regulatory advocacy including Food and Drug Administration regulated products, and law. Ms. Wasserman has held senior positions in the Executive Branch involving international economic and trade policy, at the Department of Commerce and Department of Agriculture.
Mr. Weiss is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at the firm. Mr. Weiss has extensive experience in Corporate Real Estate with an emphasis on representing large global companies in leasing, subleasing, development, acquisition, disposition, and financing of office space throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Mr. Reichman is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at the firm. He has more than 30 years of experience as a real estate lawyer representing tenants and landlords in the leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as acquisitions, divestitures, and financing of office buildings and shopping centers.
Ms. Jordan is senior counsel in the Cannabis Law practice group at the firm. She has over 20 years of real estate, state licensing, and governmental regulatory experience. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Jordan is a Co-Founder of the Cannabis Cultural Association and served as its first Executive Director.
Mr. Ross is senior counsel in the Corporate & Business practice group at the firm. He has over two decades of experience advising private equity, middle-market and family-owned businesses on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic business arrangements as well as all manner of commercial contracts and general corporate matters.
Ms. Leathers is an associate in the Litigation practice group at the firm. She has concentrated much of her practice on representing residential and commercial landlords for over 15 years, including evictions, civil claims, lease drafting and negotiations, and cost-effective dispute resolution.
Mr. O’Donnell is an associate in the Regulatory Compliance practice group at the firm. He handles a wide variety of general regulatory, transactional, and licensing matters in in highly regulated industries such as banking, debt settlement, telemarketing and advertising.
