NEW YORK, NY – June 24, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder real estate partners Robert Reichman and Jonathan Weiss represented Wiley Rein LLP, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest law firms, in connection with the negotiation of its new headquarters lease. The 166,000-square-foot lease is located at Tishman Speyer’s new trophy office property at 2050 M St. in Washington, D.C. where Wiley Rein will occupy five floors of the 11-story building. This long-term lease transaction has been recognized as the largest office relocation in Washington, D.C. this year.
