GREENSPOON MARDER SECURES ARBITRATION AWARD OF $2.8 MILLION ON BEHALF OF CLIENT WESTGATE RESORTS

Las Vegas, NV – January 5, 2018 – A Greenspoon Marder team secured an arbitration award of $2.8 million for Westgate Resorts in an arbitration matter styled, NAV-LVH, LLC v. Exhibit A Circle, LLC finding that Exhibit A Circle materially breached an agreement.

In 2014, NAV-LVH, LLC d/b/a Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino signed an 10-year agreement with Exhibit A Circle, LLC to host an Elvis Presley exhibit and show titled, “Graceland Presents Elvis: The Exhibition – The Show – The Experience.” However, Exhibit A Circle defaulted under the agreement and Westgate was forced to close the show and exhibit within a year. The Greenspoon Marder team was able to recover damages on behalf of Westgate in the amount of $2.2 million to recoup construction costs for the exhibition build-out from Exhibit A Circle, plus interest and attorneys’ fees, amounting to a total award of $2.8 million.
