Greenspoon Marder Senior Counsel Adriana Collado-Hudak Appointed As Vice Chair Of The Florida Bar’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “K”

Miami, Fla. – May 5, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that senior counsel Adriana Collado-Hudak has been appointed to serve as Vice Chair of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “K”. The grievance committee reviews complaints with much the same purpose as a grand jury and decides, after a case is submitted to them by bar counsel, whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the professional conduct rules imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida and whether discipline against the lawyer appears to be warranted.

Adriana Collado-Hudak is senior counsel in the White Collar and Criminal Defense practice group at Greenspoon Marder. She has defended hundreds of cases at all levels of the state and federal criminal justice system, from pre-indictment to trial. She is recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers Association and is rated Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent by her peers.
