New Year’s Eve falls on a Wednesday this year, and the New York State Liquor Authority gives bars and restaurants the chance to stay open all night. With the All-Night Permit, you can extend service past your usual closing time, even past 4 a.m., and stay open until 8 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
If you would like to keep the doors open late, now is the time to get moving. The deadline to file is Sunday, November 16, 2025, and it is always best to apply as early as possible to improve your chances of approval.
Please note that this permit is only available to establishments with an active liquor license and does not apply to those currently operating with a temporary permit.
If you would like us to handle the filing for you, please reach out no later than Wednesday, November 5, so we can submit everything on time.
