Greenspoon Marder’s Public Finance Practice Group and attorneys have participated in more than 150 bond issues aggregating in excess of $5.0 billion. Our attorneys also serve as bond, underwriter, disclosure, borrower, and issuer and/or lender counsel. The firm has an active Public Finance Practice Group involving governmental and quasi-governmental bond issues on both the state and local levels.
