Fort Lauderdale, Fla. — April 7, 2025 — Greenspoon Marder announces the promotions of International Wealth & Asset Planning attorney Andrew Bechel, Litigation attorneys Barbara Croutch and Patrick Hennessey, and Hospitality, Alcohol & Leisure attorney Joseph MacLellan to partner positions. All are recognized for their professional achievements, commitment to excellence, and outstanding client service at the firm.

Mr. Bechel is based in the firm’s Denver office and focuses his practice on estate planning matters including integrated estate planning, offshore planning, transactional matters, and business and tax planning. He regularly contributes to the firm’s International Wealth & Asset Planning blog and has been published in various estate planning publications.
Ms. Croutch operates out of the firm’s Los Angeles office and concentrates her practice on class actions, commercial litigation, insurance counseling and recovery disputes, complex product liability and toxic torts litigation, environmental contamination litigation, and personal injury and wrongful death defense. She has represented clients in numerous other product liability and commercial actions, including automobile, antitrust, breach of contract, environmental contamination claims and real estate disputes through jury and non-jury trials, domestic and international arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Hennessey concentrates his practice in commercial and real estate litigation. He is located in the firm’s Orlando office and represents the interests of banks, real estate developers, property and community association managers, homeowner’s associations, governmental entities, individuals, and a variety of other types of businesses in a wide range of real estate, commercial and business litigation matters. Representative matters include complex real estate litigation, complex commercial disputes, fraud-based litigation, matters related to debt collection, owner’s association law, timeshare, landlord/tenant disputes and other business-related disputes throughout the state of Florida in both federal and state courts.
Mr. MacLellan practices from the firm’s New York and Miami offices and specializes in hospitality and entertainment law and is also a transactional attorney practicing in corporate and general business law, commercial real estate, and international law. With more than 20 years’ experience, he provides guidance to clients regarding corporate formation and structuring, general business law and contract litigation.
