GREENSPOON MARDER ASSOCIATE CHRISTINA GUZMAN APPOINTED AS VICE-CHAIR FOR THE 2017-2018 UM LAW ALUMNI ASSOCIATION’S YOUNG ALUMNI COMMITTEE

Miami, FL – May 24, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder associate, Christina Guzman, was recently appointed as Vice-Chair for the 2017-2018 University of Miami Law Alumni Association’s Young Alumni Committee.

Formed by recent graduates, the Young Alumni Committee exists to foster strong relationships between the Law School, the Law Alumni Association and those who have graduated within the last ten years. The main goal of the group is to keep alumni actively engaged through social events, professional networking opportunities, and service projects.

Ms. Guzman is an associate in Greenspoon Marder’s Complex Litigation practice group. Her experience includes commercial law and litigation with an emphasis in the financial services industry; licensing and regulation of banks, remittance forwarders, and other money services businesses; and transactions on behalf of financial institutions relating to asset-based lending.
