Greenspoon Marder Law’s Orlando Office Welcomes Amrita D. Singh

Orlando, Fla. – October 1, 2014 – Amrita D. Singh joins Greenspoon Marder Law’s Real Estate practice group in the firm’s Orlando office.

Singh concentrates her practice in real property transactions, corporate and commercial contractual matters, and business and non-profit entity formation and governance. With prior experience handling commercial real estate transactions, she has represented legal matters at the local, national and international level.

Singh is admitted to The Florida Bar and holds a court admission for the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Singh serves as the president of Florida Diversity Inc., a non-profit dedicated toward promoting diversity awareness throughout the state. In addition, Singh is a member of the Greater Orlando Builders Association, Orlando Regional Realtors Association, South Asian Bar Association, and the Indian-American Chamber of Commerce.Singh earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University’s College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Central Florida.
