Miami, FL, July 14, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that of counsel Elizabeth Hughes has been appointed as Co-Chair of the Dade County Bar Association’s (DCBA) Probate & Guardianship Committee for 2020-2021. The Probate and Guardianship Committee provides a spirit of cooperation and support between members of the Bar, the Judiciary and the Clerk’s Office while working on projects that help to make the process of administering guardianships, estates and mental health cases more time and cost effective.

Elizabeth Hughes is of counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Wills, Trusts & Estates practice group. Ms. Hughes concentrates her practice to the areas of fiduciary litigation, including litigation arising from estates, trusts and guardianships. She has not only represented clients in such matters but has served and continues to serve as court appointed counsel, ad litem, estate curator, and guardian in Florida probate, trust, and guardianship matters. She currently serves as a Vice Chair of the Guardianship, Power of Attorney, and Advance Directive Committee of the Real Property Probate and Trust law section of the Florida Bar.
