Orlando, FL – May 1, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that Partner and Chief Diversity Officer Myrna Maysonet has been shortlisted for the Chambers Diversity and Inclusion Awards: USA 2019. Ms. Maysonet has been shortlisted in the “LGBT+ Equality Lawyer of the Year” award category. This award is for a partner who has shown dedication and commitment to LGBT diversity programs and/or taken an active role in organizing events/discussions helping to further the advancement of LGBT+ professionals in the law. The Chambers Diversity and Inclusion Awards represent the culmination of research and also celebrate those firms and individuals who are furthering the advancement of diversity and inclusion in the US. Award winners will be announced on June 6^th in San Francisco. Earlier this year, Ms. Maysonet received the “2019 LGBT Leadership Award” from the National Diversity Council in Florida.

Ms. Maysonet concentrates her practice in employment litigation, counseling and defending corporations in a large spectrum of employment-related issues, such as discrimination complaints, unpaid wages, minimum wage and overtime issues, union issues and OSHA federal regulations.
