Greenspoon Marder Partner Kathleen Hipps Named to The American Lawyer’s 2022 West Trailblazers List

Los Angeles – August 1, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Kathleen Hipps has been named to The American Lawyer’s 2022 West Trailblazers list. The publication honors practitioners who have been game changers and are innovators in the legal industry.

In Ms. Hipps’ “West Trailblazers” profile, she discussed her experience representing clients who have dealt with domestic or sexual assault, and how it prompted her to a lead workshop on the issue. She continued by detailing her time leading a workshop for the U Start Here X non-profit organization, which helps educate, empower and lead victims of sexual assault through unfortunate, yet extremely important legal journeys.

Ms. Hipps concentrates her practice on all facets of commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts. As an experienced commercial litigator, she has counseled clients in a wide range of industries, including sports and entertainment, cannabis, finance, and hospitality among others. Throughout her career, Ms. Hipps has also maintained a pro bono practice representing women and artists.
