Miami Beach, FL – February 3, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder partner Leslie José Zigel will be a featured speaker for the “Creating & Funding a Music Tech Startup in 2020” Masterclass at the GroundUP Music Festival on February 14^th in Miami Beach. Hailed by the Miami New Times as “one of the 10 best music events,” the GroundUP Music Festival has great international appeal with about 60% of the attendees coming from 48 states and 54 countries around the world.

Alongside David Packouz, Founder and CEO of Singular Sound, and Jeff Ransdell, Founding Partner and Managing Director of Rokk3r Fuel, Mr. Zigel will analyze the Singular Sound BeatBuddy crowdfunding campaign that raised $20,000 in the first two minutes, and $350,000 in total, making it the most funded music accessory in crowdfunding history, as a case study to discuss putting the pieces together to create and fund a music technology startup.
