Greenspoon Marder Partner Marla Neufeld To Be Featured Speaker At The American Bar Association’s Annual Conference On Emerging Issues In Healthcare Law

Orlando, FL – March 13, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partner, Marla Neufeld will be a featured speaker at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 20th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law on March 13 th – 16 th in Orlando. Ms. Neufeld will speak on the “Emerging Privacy and Regulatory Issues in Assisted Reproductive Technologies” panel. The session will discuss the issues of federal and state regulations in regards to Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and self-imposed best practices, as well as an overview of the ART process.

Ms. Neufeld is the founder of Greenspoon Marder’s
Surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group. Drawing from her own personal journey with infertility and the use of a gestational surrogate, Ms. Neufeld utilizes her transactional law background and combines it with her compassion and understanding of the surrogacy and adoption process in order to help others start a family using the available third party reproductive technologies and adoption laws in Florida. Ms. Neufeld is a frequent lecturer, author, and co-author of ABA Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to Success.
