Greenspoon Marder Partner Nandini Nair Featured Speaker At The NJSBA’s “Introduction To Employment-Based Immigration” CLE

Haddonfield, NJ – January 30, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder partner Nandini Nair will be a featured speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) “Introduction to Employment-Based Immigration” CLE on January 30^th in Haddonfield, NJ. This CLE will provide an overview of corporate immigration, with a focus on the most common types of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions. The NJSBA is the state’s largest organization of lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals.

Nandini P. Nair is a partner in the Immigration and Naturalization practice group and serves on the Management Committee at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Nair focuses her practice on analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits, as well as, immigration strategy and corporate policy development, training and compliance, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate changes.
