Greenspoon Marder Partner Nandini Nair Named a 2021 ‘Leader in Law’ by NJBIZ

Edison, N.J. – April 12, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Nandini Nair has been named a 2021 “Leaders in Law” honoree by NJBIZ. The 2021 honorees have demonstrated dedication to their occupation and their communities and will be recognized during a live online event on May 13th at 8:30 a.m.

The NJBIZ “Leaders in Law” honorees were chosen by a panel of independent judges with experience in the justice system. The selections were based on legal professionals – lawyers and general counsels – whose dedication to their occupation and their communities is outstanding.

Nandini P. Nair focuses her practice on analysis and processing of U.S. visas, employment-based and family-based applications, naturalization applications and other immigration benefits, as well as, immigration strategy and corporate policy development, training and I-9 and work site compliance, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate changes. She is regularly sought after to comment and speak on a variety of immigration issues and has been featured in the New York Times, CNN, Bloomberg Law, among many others.
