Ms. Lewis has been shortlisted in the “Future Leader – Minority Lawyer” awards category. This award is for an associate or senior associate who is leading the way in their commitment to minorities’ diversity and inclusion. The Chambers Diversity and Inclusion Awards represent the culmination of research and also celebrate those firms and individuals who are furthering the advancement of diversity and inclusion in the US. Award winners will be announced on June 6^th in San Francisco. In 2018, Ms. Lewis was selected as a “Future Leader in Gender Diversity” by Chambers & Partners.

Alicia Lewis is a member of the Land Use and Zoning practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Lewis focuses her practice on land use, zoning, environmental and governmental law. Ms. Lewis successfully represents the most prominent real estate developers in the country before federal, state, regional, and local government agencies to obtain comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, site plan approvals, platting, conditional use approvals, variances, Development of Regional Impact (DRI) amendments, and environmental permitting. In 2016, she was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Daily Business Review for her work as a land use attorney.
