Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – March 30, 2015 – Greenspoon Marder Law’s Fort Lauderdale office welcomes attorney Jessica B. Alhalel to its Litigation practice group.
Alhalel focuses her practice on commercial litigation and real estate based litigation. She has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation in both state and Federal court.
Alhalel represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including: contract disputes, fraud claims, breaches of fiduciary duty claims, complex foreclosures, indemnification and contribution and quiet title actions. She also has experience representing clients involved in insurance disputes and bankruptcy actions.
She is a member of 100+ Women Who Care, the Dade County Bar Association and The Commonwealth Institute.
Alhalel received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
cum laude from the University of Florida . She is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York and holds court admissions for the U.S. District Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11 th Circuit.
