John C. Dellagloria Appointed as a Special Master for the City of Miami Beach

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – March 18, 2015 – Greenspoon Marder Law, attorney John C. Dellagloria, has been appointed as a Special Master for the City of Miami Beach. He will be responsible for hearing appeals of decisions from the city’s Historic Preservation Board.
Dellagloria, a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent litigation attorney, focuses his practice on business law and real estate. Prior to joining the firm, he served as General Counsel for the Community Redevelopment Agencies of Palm Bay and South Miami. He has also served as General Counsel for the Miami Beach Housing Authority, the City Attorney for the cities of North and South Miami, the Deputy City Attorney for the City of North Miami Beach and the Chief Deputy City Attorney for the City of Miami Beach.
Dellagloria received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, in English Literature, from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York and holds a court admission for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
