Shareholder William J. Edgar joins the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder, focusing on civil litigation with an emphasis on business, landlord tenant disputes and toxic tort/mold cases as well as professional and general liability cases. Senior Counsel Marcel J. Gesmundo is a litigator with a primary focus on commercial and residential leasing and landlord tenant law. In addition to advocating for clients through all stages of litigation, he advises them on legal developments in housing laws and regularly teaches classes and seminars on the topic.
